Liz Rackard is an artist and art therapist living and working in Dublin, Ireland. A graduate of the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, she studied woven textile design and spent several years working as a dyer and weaver in the textile industry. She is also trained as an art therapist, graduating in 2005. She has taught on various art therapy programmes and also facilitates workshops in exploring creativity and visual journaling.
