Join us for a day of fun, creativity & relaxation in the beautiful studio space in Amo & Pax.

What this Workshop is about:

• This workshop is about connecting you to your own innate creativity in a relaxed, supportive environment.

• The focus of the day is on the process of creating, rather than the finished product.

• Often the greatest barrier to creative expression is self-criticism.

• By learning to let go of judgement and simply engage with the art materials, you can reconnect with your natural creativity and discover a sense of flow, freedom and fun.

What to Expect:

Each participant will receive a blank sketchbook or journal, though you’re also welcome to bring your own. Liz will provide a wide range of materials to explore, including:

• Watercolour, gouache and acrylic paint.

• Coloured pencils, inks, chalks and pastels.

• Collage materials and mixed-media resources.

The day will begin with guided instruction and warm-up exercises to help you feel comfortable using your sketchbook or journal. You’ll then be introduced to creative prompts designed to encourage experimentation, spontaneity and personal expression.

Who is this Workshop for:

• Anyone who would like to give themselves a day of creativity.

• The workshop is about curiosity, discovery and having fun.

• It’s for people who have no experience of art, beginners or practising artists – all are welcome!
